Mary James – France

The three months I spent at the Chateau de Saint-Albain would not have been possible without all of you. It was such a wonderful experience and so much fun. Throughout the summer I helped the Chateau team (Jay and Debbie Hocking, Paul and Bekah Driesbach, and Lise Rupp) with cleaning the rooms and bathrooms when the groups came and left. Quite a few big projects were also accomplished this summer by the Chateau Team, along with other short term trip teams who came over. I also had some time to explore a bit of France, getting to see Paris and smaller towns like Dijon. I attended the French Grace Brethren Church in Macon and got to listen to the French sermon and meet the church goers. I also got to experience a little bit of the French culture with meeting people of the village and definitely eating a lot of French food. Thank you again for making this possible for me. I hope you will continue praying for the rest of the Chateau team during their duration in France.
